If you're an agency or freelancer working with several clients, Chatfuel lets you create and switch between multiple companies from a single account. Each company has its own bots, channels, contacts, and settings — completely separate from one another. If you run an agency, the agency → clients model explains how to structure a client roster this way.
How to create a new company
- Click the company name at the bottom of the left sidebar.
- Click Workspaces (or open panel.chatfuel.com/workspaces).
- Open your workspace and go to the Companies tab.
- Click Create company.
Your new company appears in the list right away. You can switch between companies at any time by returning to the Companies tab of your workspace.
How switching works
When you select a company from the list, the entire dashboard switches to that company's workspace. All bots, connected channels, conversations, and settings belong to that specific company.
To go back, click the company name at the bottom of the sidebar again, open Workspaces → Companies, and pick a different one.
Tips for agencies and freelancers
- One plan per workspace — all companies in a workspace share one plan and one pool of AI credits, so you pay once and clients never see billing.
- Separate teams — you can invite different teammates to each company, giving clients or collaborators access only to the workspace they need.
- Companies limit depends on the plan — Business fits one company, Agency up to three, and Agency S and above are unlimited.
